The 2516 Pro features a work area of 25" x 16" and has been purpose designed for industrial engraving applications. Built up on a solid cast aluminium base and featuring a solid aluminium T slot table, the high build quality and inherent strength of its design makes the machine capable of and ideally suited to high volume work in all materials from plastics to stainless steel.
The machine allows up to 1.5” clearance beneath the bridge, and will allow a vice or other clamping jig to be easily bolted to the T slot table.
The heavy duty 1/4" spindle allows fast and easy tool changes and allows you to work with or without a nose-cone depending upon the material and application. The standard spindle can be changed for a Perske routing or Jaeger high frequency spindle. A spray mist coolant system is also available as an option.
The DSC Controller is open architecture allowing the use of many of the currently available Computer Aided Sign-making or Computer Aided Design Packages for full flexibility.
